These are the terms that apply when you buy from SANE or attend one of our events. By placing an order or buying a ticket, you're agreeing to them.

Everything we sell is cut in limited numbers and never re-run, so availability shown on the site is what actually exists, not an estimate. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and include any duties we've stated. We reserve the right to correct a listing error (wrong price, wrong stock count) before an order is confirmed, and we'll tell you if that happens to yours.
Payment is processed by Paystack. An order is confirmed once payment clears, not before, guest checkout means your order is tied to your email, not an account. If a payment fails or isn't completed, your bag stays untouched and nothing is charged.
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping with duties included, as stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are just that, estimates, and can shift with customs or carrier delays outside our control.

Tickets bought through SANE are issued to the name and email given at purchase and are scanned once at the door, a ticket can't be reused or duplicated. Treat your QR code like cash: anyone who has it can use it.
Ticket sales are final except where we cancel or materially reschedule the event, in which case we'll contact ticket holders directly about a refund.
Everything on this site, the SANE name, the mark, photography, and copy, belongs to [Legal entity name, e.g. SANE Apparel Ltd.]. You're welcome to share it; you're not welcome to reuse it commercially without asking first.
We're liable for what we sell being as described and delivered as promised. We're not liable for indirect losses, like a missed event because a carrier ran late. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top always reflects the latest version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
